427 Big Block on Blocks: 1965 Chevrolet Impala SS

This next car comes as a tip from SecondMouse who writes: Somewhere within the vicinity of this particular automobile is someone who needs a good slap. Letting a 1965 two-door Impala SS with a 427 4 speed sit outside like this... Hopefully, someone out there has the desire and the budget to put this beast back on the road. Find it here in the Houston area, asking $8500 and looking pretty complete.  Find this 1965 Chevrolet Impala SS offered for $8,500 in Houston, TX via craigslist.

  1. I can't believe that it's still sitting with the original drivetrain intact. I'd have bet money somebody would've harvested that for their project decades ago. Amazing.

    1. Actually, upon closer inspection of the (only) open-door shot, there doesn't appear to be the aforementioned big-block lurking in the engine bay. Bummer.

  2. The Forerunner 110 is the smallest watch we've ever seen from GARMIN. The Forerunner 405 series was remarkably small, but the touch bezel made the face stick out un-necessarily and the GPS antenna was part of the watch band resulting in a stiff uncomfortable fit (especially for small wrists).
