22re 4x4 Manual 5-speed: 1990 Toyota 4Runner

The 2nd generation 4Runner (1989-1995) offered a medium sized package, excellent 4WD capability and a refined ride when new.  Its typically Toyota reliability has turned it into a thing of legend and if you can ignore the sneers from the guys with Calvin peeing on brand X in the rear window; they are great vehicles. Find this 1990 Toyota 4Runner offered for $6,500 in Santa Rosa, CA via craigslist. Tip from FuelTruck.

Up for sale is this classic 1990 Toyota 4runner. rare find 22re 4 cylinder engine 4WD 5-speed manual! Clean title current registration and just passed smog a few days ago. 245,xxx miles on the clock and running strong. I was told by previous owner the engine was rebuilt in 2011 at 169,xxx miles. Has brand new tires and front brakes. AC works excellent No oil leaks No Rust Runs and drives great. Anybody that argues my price obviously doesn’t know Toyota’s and 22re engines.. these are bulletproof units and get great fuel economy! Very hard to find 2nd gen 4 runner with this engine. The price is $6500 or best offer and no I will not take 5 grand i would rather just keep it. Please no tire kickers and no low ballers I know what my truck is worth. If your serious and have the funds available come take a look and test drive. I have the title and smog certificate ready to go to first person with cash. Look over all the pictures thoroughly they should answer a lot of questions.
