With Motocompo: 1981 Honda City R

We've featured the cool as ice liquid nitrogen Honda City before, and it was even the sweet Turbo II version.  That was back in 2012 and times have changed...mostly cool cars have appreciated in value, so back then $15k would get you the Turbo II but now the same amount of cash gets you the basic City R...but it does come with a matching Motocompo scooter that would have come from the factory in the rear hatch area.  Now if Tesla or one of those hipster electric car startups (Faraday or Gazoo...wait...Ganoo...errr..the company that Evolocity turned into is called...err Canoo..probably) took noticed and packaged an electric scooter in their electric city car..I still wouldn't buy a new car because they are stinkin expensive, but i'd consider them when they were 10 years old and depreciated.  Anyway..I feel like I've lost the thread of this...YES...find this 1981 Honda City R with Motocompo for $15000 in West Hollywood, CA via craigslist. Tip from FuelTruck.

From the seller:
1981 HONDA City R
fuel: gas
title status: clean
transmission: manual
1981 Honda City R shows 27,xxx kilometers (Based on condition I believe this is accurate) and comes complete with the color-matched folding 49cc Motocompo scooter.

Zero rust that I can see after extensive search. The vehicle was imported from Japan legally and is currently registered with a clean South Dakota title.

This is a completely stock City R with the Japanese spec radio and optional alloy wheels. A/C works well and cools the in-dash refrigerator.

Minor dings, scratches and any other noticeable damage documented in photos but please feel free to come by and see / drive in person.

  1. Excelr’s online training in Guidewire is customized and for good enough reasons. Consider what regular trainers offer. A typica Digital Marketing Course in Sydney
would take learners through the basics
of Guidewire, teach them about configuration and understanding of various models, go on to organizing the claims centre and then best practices. This type of generalized
training is of little use to employees handling specific parts like claims management, policy management or billing. Excelr’s custom online training addresses gaps and goes
in-depth into specifics for each employee and his role. The result is that employees emerge better empowered and knowledgeable as well as skilled in what they have to deal with
on a day to day basis.Unlike others, Excelr does not believe in a one size fits all approach in corporate training if highest efficiency and productivity are the goals.
Each employee’s role is analyzed and a custom package is tailored to bring him up to speed. This has two benefits. One, the learner is motivated to learn because what he
learns directly concerns his areas of work. Two, he learns more, in-depth and at speed. The training is online so he can access materials any time he is free and proceed at
his convenience. He can access a tutor anytime he faces any issue while learning and become perfect in the selected modules. Tutors also go beyond to transfer the knowledge
they have gained through years of hands-on experience and give insights that are not usually available in a regular course. By establishing a one-to-one relationship with the
tutor, the learner remains committed and gets to know far more than he would be he to attend a classroom-based course.

  4. Exelar walked into his morning Digital Marketing Course in Sydney. "funny name for a building, I wonder who Sidney was and what sort of colonial pillaging left him with the means and the guilt to want a building named after him. " he thought. Exelar couldn't wait to tell the Linklevoss twins, or the Links as he called them about the tiny refrigerator in the dash of his new Honda. As Exelar clicked open the door he was horrified to see the dead links on the floor, broken glass everywhere. "What are they doing dead?” he thought.

"I don't know, they look pretty miserable," Exelar said quietly. Earlier in the morning, the Linklevoss twins showed up at Exelar's dorm room, their arms around him, looking for their car keys. They didn't want to be seen

In the midst of this crisis, there was a sudden burst of new memories. The night he had spent in the tower, the strange dream in which he saw the moon rise from a mountain top, the two of them floating in the air. As he lay there he was given the choice, to leave the tower without him or to join with the Linklevoss twins. They decided that he had better go with them that night. His room was still cold and his boots weren't made of metal. He went out into the cold and looked for a good place to lie. There was none. There are always those who would try to take advantage of the dying's last moments when they're most vulnerable, so he went outside, and put on the helmet.

The other Linklevosss were still asleep, playing cards and smoking cigars. They didn't say anything to him, but he saw that they did make an effort to look at him. He could feel the cold of the hallway through the small gap in his suit, and when he saw them there, he had to step aside and let them pass. The other guys were all in their own world without him.

He'd never had to speak to anyone like them before—they were usually too busy trying to get their own way or trying to get rid of him—but now he saw that this was much different. This was a room full of men and women who were happy just to be here, even if they had to fight against the man who owned them. They looked at him without any emotion. Not even hostility, but a cool detachment you don't get when you're the guy who talks and acts a certain way. It was eerie, and he felt like a witness to their indifference.

They passed him without comment. He stood there for three minutes before he realized he didn't need to.

What about the tiny fridge in the dashboard he thought?
