Italian Style: 1962 Alfa Romeo Giulietta TI Corsa

What could be better than a vintage Alfa Romeo with racing pedigree and bash/bumps to prove it?  If that same car was offered for a reasonable sum of money that didn't require a trust fun or the sale of your remaining good kidney.  You'll need that kidney for all of the booze your gonna drink when working on this car...because trust me, you won't want to take this to a mechanic. Find 1962 Alfa Romeo Giulietta TI Corsa offered for $11,975 in SF Bay Area, CA via craigslist.

1962 Alfa Romeo Giulietta ti Corsa - RACE CAR

This 1962 Alfa Romeo Giulietta ti Corsa is completely set up for racing and is insane to drive!

The car has had an extensive racing history in Italy, but this is not very well documented.

We found this car in Italy on one of our buying trips for vintage Alfa street cars and it was just too cool and FUNky to pass up, so we imported it.
Plans changed and we no longer have time to race, but our loss is your thrill.

We cannot overly stress just how exciting and fun this car is to drive.
The Corsa had been raced in Italy and set up by a sensitive crew and really feels at home on the track.

The engine sings and zings, chassis balance is ideal and the column shift adds a touch of personality.

It runs great! This car has strong compression, excellent oil pressure, outstanding power and has recently been tuned up.
We don't have a lot of prior history on the car, but racing is believing and the Corsa is truth on the track.

We invite you to come inspect the car in San Francisco.

The car comes with a valid California title and plates is ready to enjoy.

Sparco racing seat, excellent roll cage, solid body and frame, side exhaust, column shift.
Race tuned and sorted 1.3 DOHC engine, durable 4-speed trans, 4 new tires, plus 4 used - but useable spare tires and fully sorted.

Eligible for many vintage race classes and organization.
A super fun race car, ready to go fast, not so precious that you can't really flog it and mechanically simple to maintain.
Sounds awesome.

Get into the scene and excitement of vintage racing on a budget.

Offered at $11,975 or BO.

Odometer - 3,129 km (2k miles - may reflect use on race engine, not verified)
VIN - AR211669
Status - In San Francisco – sold with valid CA title

  1. If I had a ton of cash, I'd love to have something like this in my collection.

  2. First off, this thing is amazing, if this were anywhere in the western half of Canada I would buy it first and worry about my wife divorcing me later. As cool as it is there is one detail i'm having trouble overlooking with my rose coloured glasses. WHERE IS THE SEATBELT/HARNESS??? Fully sorted except for any kind of safety restraint?
