The Caminova: 1971 Chevrolet Nova Pickup

I don't often travel to the wild open desert, but when I do, I enjoy staring at the starry night sky and pondering the existential questions of the universe.  Such as; Why are we here?  What color should my next car be? What would a Chevy Nova Pickup look like?  Yeah.  The basic stuff that everything thinks about when they have time.  However, I've got a real lifesaver for you guys today -- find this 1971 Chevrolet Nova Pickup offered for $11,500 in Columbus, OH via craigslist. Tip from Rock On!

See a better way to drive a Caminova?

  1. I like it, dunno why, though! I'd ditch that white pinstripe on the sail panels, and drive the hell out of it. Looks like a fun rig.

  2. Most Camino-ized vehicles usually hit me as "meh", but I like what looks like decent body build on this. I like how the incorporated the back glass and body. Given how 'short' the driver's door is, this looks like it used to be a 4-door, in which case they really had to modify everything from that door post rearward. The pictures make it look like it was done well.

    1. The seller states in his ad that he started with a four door Nova. Pretty good use in my opinion of a car thàt is worth usually one third of a two door.

    2. Strong feel of the early Brat in this one.
