Lotta Beef For The Coin: 2003 Jaguar XJR

This next car comes from tipper Art C who artfully sums it up when he writes: Wow. Too cheap to be true? Or just cheap enough to take a flyer on it?? Oil around breather is worrisome,  but other than that? Wow. Thats a lotta beef for $1500 realistically.  Yeah, that is lot of supercharged big cat for the cash. Find this 2003 Jaguar XJR offered for $1950 in Bayside Queens, NY via craigslist.

 From the seller:

2003 Jaguar XJR
fuel: gas
title status: clean
transmission: automatic
2003 Jaguar XJR
Black exterior in very good condition other than the trunk lock area. Please look at the pictures.
Black leather interior that's fully loaded with ice cold A/C.
V8 4.0 liter superchargerd engine with an automatic transmission. The car has 180,000 miles but it runs and drives like it has 80k.
Very fast and reliable and a pleasure to drive.
This is the last year of the "Big Cat " with a supercharger. These car are becoming very rare. And it's the cheapest one around.
If you are interested call me at show contact info
I drive the car 60 miles a day with no issues.

See a better way to drive a supercharged Jaggggggggg for less?

  1. i would buy that here in NorUK (if it had a stick), as you do see them around at this vintage, so someone must know the tricks - not sure i would even in NorCal where there's no rust and a lot of specialist shops - in Queens, i would be very nervous what with all the salt slush and potholes - that said, nice to see it
