Fistful of Problems: 1969, 80, & 81 Fiat 124 Spider(s)

The current car with a Fiat 124 Spider badge on the back might be a Miata under the skin, but the original version sold from 1966 through 1985 was a purebred Italian from Turin.  Today we've got a selection from a seller that might be more spiders than spider.  Find these 1969, 80, & 81 Fiat 124 Spider(s) offered as a package for $6,500 near Sacramento, CA via craigslist. Tip from Rock On!

From the seller:

Years 1969, 1980 & 1981
These (5) Fiats are from a long time Family Friend's Estate, and I am helping the Executor to get them sold. The Title for the 1969 Spider (1st three photos) is lost and no is longer in the CA DMV Records . The remaining 1980 & 81 cars have Titles, and the Executor will need to discuss each vehicle individually with prospective buyers.
Owner wants $1,500.00 for the 1969, $2,500.00 for the 1981 (2nd series of photos), and $1,000 each for the remaining cars. All vehicles are not running, but complete, and have not had parts striped/removed from them. Some have spare parts in the trunk also.
If you want more info on these years of Fiats, go to Wikipedia, and research them yourself for engine size, carburation as opposed to fuel injection, etc. Wikipedia has extensive information about these Sports Cars.
If someone is interested in buying them as a lot, the owner is asking $6,500.00 for all (5) cars.

  1. the 1980 could be carburated or fuel injected, only a look under the hood will tell you. the 69 is definitely carburated, the 81 definitely fuel injected...assuming they're as they came from the factory.
