383 Stroker V8: 1974 MG MGB

The MGB was a V8 powered monster of a factory hot rod from those guys...hey...hang on a minute...the MGB was powered by a 4-cylinder engine and was a corner carving classic, but this next example has been under a hot rodder's knife.  Find this 1974 MG MGB offered for $22,500 in Yulee, FL via craigslist. Tip from FuelTruck.

 From the seller:
1974 mg has fitted in a chevy 383 ci stroker engine with turbo 350 trans 8" ford rear with ladder bar & coil over supension. runs & drives very well plenty fast gets lots of looks very nice paint base clear nice bucket seat interior with roll bar installed. new coy wheels new tires removeable top. can drive this car anywere with no problems. for sale may trade send offers with pictures. johnny

  1. Pretty sure that was a Midget not a B, not that it matters at this point.

    1. If you check the curved windshield and the air vent on the cowl it looks like a B. But it seems a bit small - maybe that's due to the bob tail...

  2. Had he been able to squeeze that V8 in there without that heinous hood we would have ourselves quite the little sleeper.

  4. The only B part that I can see is the cowl. Not an amazing car, but the bodywork is!
