DT 5.0 Shhportee: 2001 Porsche Boxster S

The 4th car posted to Daily Turismo was a shhhhporteee 2001 Porsche Boxster S.  If you missed your chance to pick one up 5 years ago, here's another chance for you now.  Find this 2001 Porsche Boxster S for sale in Sandpoint, ID for $12,900 via craigslist.  This post is part of DT's 5th Birthday Celebration.

5 years ago, our fledgling E-i-C unearthed a 2001 Boxster S with 79K on the clock for $12K.  5 years later Yr. fthfl svrt has found you a 2001 Boxster S with 89K on the clock for $13K.  Did the market move on Boxsters and an additional 10K miles rolled up over 5 years doesn't impact worth an additional $1K ask?  Unfortunately the images from Post #4 have disappeared so we can't do a visual compare and contrast, but this here car does come with a matching hard top, clean Car-Fox, maintenance records, long term ownership and a transmission shifted by Manuel.

Inside things look good, but it would be good to see a better shot of the driver's side bolster.  No mention of the fabric top with the plastic window's condition, but the car apparently has always been garaged and never has been on a race track.

Under the hood, trunk, frunk, inspection hatch sits a 3.2 liter flat six... no, wait, there are no engine shots included.  Probably just as well as it is most likely covered in plastic that seems to be the look Germans love.
