Flat Twin: Pair of Crushed F-150s

Hurricane Matthew tore some stuff up around here, no doubt. It leveled my .05 acre banana plantation and dropped a huge branch across the Baja Bug but in general, nothing too dramatic. It did not, however, drop a white oak across my pair of F-150s like this poor seller, deforming them so badly they resemble mangled Rangers.  Find this pair of completely leveled F-150's for sale in Charleston, SC for $750 via craigslist.

If you're searching for the rainbow after the storm, you could make two fully functioning 302 swap kits from this mess and start cruising craigslist for rollers. Perhaps this is a good opportunity to build that V8 Ranger or W123 Benz you've never wanted until just now. Unless they end up being 300cid six cylinder trucks, that is. Though there is still swap potential, it's drastically less romantic than a 302.

Matt, a self-proclaimed bottom-feeder of the classic car market, spends half of his time buying cars, half of his time retrieving them, and the remaining third on keeping them on the road.

  1. Huh, usually an ad like this includes the line "You can make one good one out of the pair". Not so much here....

  2. The engrish used by the seller mad m3 h@v3 ja brin anursm.

    1. I think the whole tree thing was punishment for past grammatical wrongs.

  3. Engines? What kind of engines?

You can see what kind of engines from the pix.

    Both of 'em.
