Chevy got all the looks for 1955, compared to this Pontiac. On the other hand, in return for the sub-Oldsmobile snout on this car you got automatic shifting done by a real Hydramatic instead of a Slip-n-Slide. And, if I remember correctly, you would not have gotten an oil filter on your Chevy V8 in 1955.
