Guitar Hero Freebie: 1991 Nissan Silvia

It isn't every day that someone offers a free car on the internet, and even less frequent when someone offers to give you a car if you beat him at Guitar Hero 3.  Seems extremely strange and probably a joke, but the worst thing that can happen is you play some Guitar Hero and don't get a car.  Find this 1991 Nissan Silvia offered here on Kijiji.ca to someone who can beat the owner at Guitar Hero 3 on Xbox located in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, Canada.

The exact description from the seller is:
I have a boosted 1991 Nissan Silvia and I will give it away to anyone who can beat me in guitar hero.

- Has to be Guitar Hero 3
- Has to be Xbox 360 through Xbox Live
- Best of 7
- Pro Face Off
- Expert

- You win, you take home my car. That simple. I'm just looking for some competition

Text me for my gamertag if you want to play.

Seems legit.  See another car offered for a game? tips@dailyturismo.com

  1. In this scenario, which definition do you think applies:
    a. boosted = turbocharged
    b. boosted = stolen
    c. all of the above

  2. What worries me is that he does not specify what happens if you lose.

  3. You lose. At guitar hero. Mom kicks you out of the basement and sells all your extended universe figurines. You run out of code red dew and are forced to put on a tie and work in a call center.

  5. I think I could've done something like this a few years back when I was one of the top Madden players on Xbox live (150-12 record, only losses to those in top 30 on Xbox live). Of course a Protege5 is a lot less desirable than this S15.

My friends played guitar hero on their PS2 and played on expert but never could get past the halfway mark on any of the more advanced songs even if they could ace them on one setting easier. My thought is that this guy gets some messages but doesn't get any legitimate competition. Rhythm games are highly practice based and everyone moved on to rock band as soon as it came out. Maybe I'll pass this along to some friends but everyone I know who played these games are busy with kids now.
