What Am I? In The Dark

Welcome to another edition of DT's cure for the Monday morning blues -- What Am I? In this better than being stabbed in a dark alley game, we find a random picture of a car and you get to guess what it is. Today's feature comes from DT tipper Walpal who sent it in as a tip, but the pics were just too good to not share. Just what am I anyway? Update with answer below.

It is hard to describe how many things are wrong with this photograph, and you've got to wonder why a seller would every include it in a craigslist ad.  It must be better to simply not include a pic....right?

We typically only include a single picture for the What Am I feature, but these pictures are so horrible that it should make identification more difficult with each pic.

Yet another prime example of what this car is still for sale?  What Am I?  Comments below:

Update: The piece of metal behind the horrible photos is a 1977 Datsun 510 2-door, find it here on craiglist in SF Bay area offered for $2900 complete with a 5-speed manual gearbox.  Great job to bupinder for being the first to get it right and to Sloth for making me spit club soda on my keyboard.

I'm thinking it's a bluebird coupe, but I can't find a version online that matches it exactly.

  7. Datsun 510...it's has been posted and reposted on Craigslist Las Vegas...what's odd: the seller has the time to post, and re-post....but not the time/brains to take photos in daylight?

  8. I can only imagine how much better it looks in the daylight. I'm guessing we are seeing three different cars.
