5k: Fuzzy Pictures: 1973 Volvo 1800ES

Another schneewittchensarg (German for Snow White's coffin) posted so soon after the last one?  The truth is that the Volvo 1800ES market is dynamic right now and finding a good one for cheap isn't hard today, but that could change in a few months.  Find this 1973 Volvo 1800ES for sale in Pensacola, FL for $6,500 via craigslist.  Tip from Joshua T.

It is hard to tell anything from the pictures, but today's tipper also went to the car for an in person inspection and said:  "I went and looked at it.  Factory air it has been sitting for a while.  It does have a few bubbles but nothing rusted through."  Rust bubbles on "new" paint is not a good sign, but most problems caused at the painter will appear in the first year, so this could be bad or worse depending on the seller's definition of new.

See an add with fuzzier pictures that might be a good deal?

  1. Nice quality of pics in the ad. Wonder what they used, maybe a 110 Kodak insta-matic ?

  2. Any way to get in touch with Josh? Because, you know, Volvo.
