DT: Commenter of the week

In an attempt to further develop our little DT community we are proud to announce a new feature - the commenter of the week prize.  Yes, it is a commenter and not a commentor at least according to grammerist.com.  Who knew?  Anyway - we would like to congratulate our commenters from time to time with a prize that contains no prize money or endorsements, but it does come with its own DT badge.

Click through the link to find this week's winner.

Congrats to DT commenter: ~Scot

Scot is always thoughtful kind and respectful in his comments...which had zero relationship with this award; he got it because he has been with us since the beginning and has been a constant source of encouragement and sends us awesome car tips.  Congrats to Scot!

Your prize is a photo DT staff snapped of a Corvette lifting a front wheel on the drop down the corkscrew at the 2011 Laguna Seca historic races. It looks like he is about to pee on a Ford...

Coming in a close second was Elina:

he sent the DT tips email the following message regarding our post on the Mercury Comet survivor.
